We see them called different ways but all of them do in general the same thing, pop or Burble on Decel from exhaust!
how can be this achieved?
We do all this magic through Engine Control Management (ECU Tune) by Adjusting Ignition Timing Maps so Air Fuel Mixture was burning in exhaust headers / manifod.
According to Timing Advance / Retard, Pop and Bang or Burble noise can be Increased or Reduced.
Some of our customers are asking very loud Pop and bang noise when others are looking for soft Burble or even mix of somewhat Huge pop and then Burble.
Anything can be achieved if you know what you are doing with Engine Management.
some people say - "you need to dump lot of fuel in order to achieve pop and bang"
it is not true. too much fuel will result less Burble and less Pops and Bangs or Crackles!
In general we never increase fuel consumption and never require additional fuel injection in order to achieve good Pop and bang or Burble result.
Burble Tune can be controlled, Adjusted and in some cases can be turned on and off on demand (we call it Burble on Demand).

Q: Will Burble Tune hurt my engine?
A: Anything can hurt your engine if used excessively, too much usage / abuse of Burble Tune or Pop and Bang can cause damage to CAT (Catalistyc Converter) or to exhaust manifold or Turbo (Depends on Application), if used Burble mod gentle there is nothing to worry about (as long as it is done professionals like us) if it was Harmful AMG, BMW would not include this mod as standard feature of newer generation cars.
Q: Do i need Catless headers (Catless exhaust) to have good Pop and Bang sound?
A: we highly recommend use our Burble Tune / Pop and bang / Popcorn mod with Catless exhaust, because in general people who are looking for Pop tune like to show off on car meets where not many control how long they shoot flames or pops from exhaust so it may be harmfull for CATS if car has any.
Q: Can my car get your Burble Tune?
A: as long as your car is 2002+ we can work it out, we offer Burble Tune, Pop and Bang Mod to almost all platforms that are running EFI and tunable Engine Control Management system.

Q: Burble on demand, how does it work?
A: the way we offer Burble on demand to our customers is very easy
a lot of people does not want to run Pop and bang all the time because it is getting annoying real quick, so we decided to offer our customers Burble tune where they can control when to backfire or shoot using Accelerator pedal. when you touch and hold accelerator very tiny bit on Decel car will Pop / Burble but if u release accelerator fully there will be no Burble or Pop noise at all.
Q: I want my car to shoot flames just like in your youtube videos
A: Flame Tune is what we offer to our customers where they are runnning fully free flow headers and exhaust with no muffler or resonator. so car should be very loud (race cars in general) without free flow exhaust 0 flames can be achieved unfortunately so please do not ask flames when you are still runnning stock exhaust!
Q: Can my BMW E60, X5, with V8 engine have Burble Tune?
A: Yes! we offer Burble Tune for N62 Engines (and not only) all around the world no matter where you are, we will tell you what tools will you need on your in order to get our Burble Tune or Performance tune
